Refund & Return Policy

We want you to absolutely love your purchase and feel confident when choosing our 24-Day Crystal Advent Calendar. If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied, here are the details of our refund & return policy.

1. Returns and Exchanges

  • You may return or exchange your calendar within 30 days of receipt.

  • Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in their original packaging.

  • To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us at crystarashop@outlook.com with your order number and reason for return.

2. Refund Process

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of approval or rejection of the refund.

  • If approved, we will process the refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases where the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

3. Damaged or Incorrect Items

  • If your order arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us immediately at crystarashop@outlook.com with photo evidence of the damage or error.

  • In this case, we will provide a replacement or a full refund at no extra cost to you.

4. Non-Returnable Items

  • For hygiene or safety reasons, certain items may not be eligible for return – please check the product description for exceptions.

  • Any item marked as non-returnable in the description cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded.
